Bloomsdale spinach, Jonina Farms CV grapefruit and Mandarin orange, broccolini, red lettuce, flat leaf parsley, mixed sweet potatoes, winter carrots and Napa cabbage.
So many kinds of cabbage and so little time! I discovered Napa aka Chinese cabbage is more tender and thus more quickly cooked (or not). So I decided the lighter touch of a stir-fry would suit its delicate nature and if a recipe for Stir-Fried Napa Cabbage comes recommended by Food & Wine, it works for me!
Bag it and store in the refrigerator—the same techniques works for all the other fruits (!) and veggies in this early spring bag. I do prefer, though, to trim the stems of the parsley and pop it in a sturdy glass filled with water—it will live a lot longer this way and looks so pretty in your fridge.
